By downloading, installing, or using the Weekend Warrior Golf mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Weekend Warrior Golf is a golf game management application designed for amateur golf leagues, clubs, and groups. The app allows users to:

  • Track golf scores and statistics
  • Organize and manage golf games, leagues, and club events
  • View leaderboards, standings, and game results
  • Send and receive game invitations
  • Track points, side games, and competition results among players
  • Manage league seasons, member rosters, and event scheduling

Weekend Warrior Golf is intended for use by golf leagues, clubs, courses, and organized groups for friendly competition, points-based play, and traditional league formats.

3. No Gambling Facilitation - Important Disclaimer

CRITICAL: Weekend Warrior Golf is a score tracking and game management application designed for amateur golf leagues, clubs, and groups. This application does NOT facilitate, process, or handle any monetary transactions or gambling activities.

  • Points, scores, and standings tracked within this application have no monetary value
  • All points and results are for entertainment, competition, and league management purposes only
  • Weekend Warrior Golf does not process, collect, or transfer any funds
  • Weekend Warrior Golf does not facilitate gambling, betting, or wagering of any kind
  • Any external arrangements between users regarding points, scores, or standings are solely between those users
  • Weekend Warrior Golf is not responsible for any agreements, transactions, or arrangements made outside the app

This application is designed for use by golf leagues, clubs, and organized groups for friendly competition, points-based play, and traditional league formats—similar to tools used by amateur golf organizations nationwide.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Notifying Weekend Warrior Golf immediately of any unauthorized use

5. SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to SMS notifications in your Profile Settings, you agree to receive text messages from Weekend Warrior Golf at the phone number you provide.

  • Message Types: Game invitations and updates from other users
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on game activity (typically 0-5 per month)
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message or disable SMS in Profile Settings
  • Help: Reply HELP for assistance

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
  • Use the app to send spam or unsolicited messages

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Weekend Warrior Golf and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEEKEND WARRIOR GOLF DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEEKEND WARRIOR GOLF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

10. Termination

Weekend Warrior Golf may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Weekend Warrior Golf reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
